Do you tend to like old cars ?

I like old cars. Dont get me wrong, i like new cars too but if i'd had a driver license, i would buy an old car like from the 90s or maybe early 2000s but it has to be in good condition like very low mileage.

I tend to love inexpensive, reliable and sturdy cars that don't break down ever.

Those aren't old ... they're just getting broke in.

Yeah, I do. If it doesn't have round headlights, it ain't old. My first car: 1965 Plymouth Satellite.

  • I love the old cars. They have a style and a certain elegance that we've lost in the industry. I especially like the 1940's 50's and 60's as model years.

How old? The "chock the wheel, switch on ignition, open the throttle, retard the spark, swing the handle" is too much like hard work, but the best car I ever owned was my first one - a 1970 Volkswagen Beetle. I'd be driving it still had not some idiot in a ute (pickup) with a roo bar on the front ignored a stop sign and T-boned me. Totalled the car, the fire brigade had to cut me out of it. My mother's cousin donated a former Indianapolis roadster racer (late 40s) with an Offenhauser engine to a local car museum. It is said to be a former Bill Vukovitch ride.  Personally, I once owned large pieces of a Ford Model A, but got an offer that I couldn't refuse.

Yes. We have a 1964 1/2 Mustang that we want to restore. We have the frame and some spare body parts.
