All government are no better than Pimps Rosie. .....they have no care where money comes from good or bad.....they care only thst all ends up in their own pockets.....
If a house thief get cault and has disposed if I'll your goods ,valuables ,jelwery etc....said thief will get a huge fine and imprisonment.....not one cent in England goes to those that's lost everything...
No fines should ever be kept by the State....all fines should go to free health care ,all emergency services apart from the police.....the homeless ,those that are really invalids , army veterans that have been shit on by their governments and anything involved in cleaning up our planet..... there are many other worth while things that desperatly need money......cancer Reserch ,heart Reserch and prosecuting parasites ...such as companies ripping off our hospitals....
What about charitable foundations and political campaigns D? Should donors be investigated before people accept the contributions? Thank you for your thoughtful reply. Would YOU send money back? For what reason(s)?
