    Cherni Vit - a firm cheese from sheep's milk, made in the small town of Cherni Vit, in the Central Balkan Mountains of Bulgaria, not widely available.

    Sage Derby - from cow's milk, can be from anywhere in Derbyshire, England. First made in the 17th century. It's similar to Cheddar, but has a softer body and slightly higher moisture content. When young, it is springy and mild but as it matures, subtle sweet flavors develop and the texture becomes firmer. The green colour comes from the admixture of the herb, sage, which is usually marbled but sometimes blended to make an even or speckled green. Available in many delicatessens in first world countries.

    Schabziger - A soft, spreadable cheese made from cow's skimmed milk mixed with the herb blue fenugreek. Made by monks in the town of Glarus in Switzerland since the C8th. Available in New York as Sap Sago.

    Going to the Moon and making a station/residence there in order to go on to Mars. "Moon to Mars" the moon is part of the Mars program at NASA.
