What difference would it make if you had never been born?

Would you be out on the other side somewhere looking at all the fun you are missing?

First of all, this home would never have been built here. The mosquitoes would not have blood meals as often since there would be no one here to suck on.

    At last!
You might be the one true love for TrashBags.
Somebody tell him, LoonLips is here and loves trashy outfits.

    For the most part, none.

I've made only one small difference that I know of.

Back when I was a student of teaching, I wrote an assignment on how to teach gifted and talented children. It was a list of ideas I had as a result of a meta-study of experts' research.
The lecturer gave me a high distinction and asked if he could introduce the plan at a high school for the gifted and talented.
    It worked with spectacular success.
That was about thirty years ago.
The program is still used at Sydney Boys High and is now used at all schools throughout New South Wales.
My former tutor gets the credit for it, but for me, it just feels good to know that I made a positive difference.

Since I'm an atheist, I don't believe I'd be out the other side somewhere missing all the fun.
I believe consciousness arises as a result of bodily processes and is absolutely dependent on them.
Before my birth, there was no I to experience anything.

    Thank you.
Looking back on my life, I wish I'd been less selfish and thought harder about how to improve the well-being of others.

Off the top of my head:
At least eight other people now living would never have lived.
My sisters would likely still be stuck in the same town as our loser parents.
My youngest sister would have never met her husband.
There would be more game fish swimming in the Gulf of Mexico, instead of in my freezer.
A couple of hundred people I employed during my business life would’ve had other jobs.
Millions of dollars in taxes would not have been paid. This post was edited by Don Barzini at July 3, 2019 9:00 PM MDT

If I was never born the Worlds best dis/snappy come back would still have to be invented. I came up with the dis "well your hairs not made of gold" its used when you want to shut somebody up because they are bragging too much. Cheers!

My children and grand children would not have been born.
Lots of students would not have learned as much cool sciencey stuff.
My wife would still be living in poverty with some loser.

         Each of us
has a unique reason for being here
and we could never have not been here.
Each is a part of the whole.
    .....Imagine a puzzle
where a piece of the puzzle
    in the center is missing
even a few more pieces are missing
and we just can't see, by looking
at the puzzle, what the whole picture
is looking like when it is all together,
    with no missing pieces.
Each person has a place, a function,
that fill in the missing pieces / elements to complete the
picture.  Hence the Soul of the Absolute
    shines with Bliss.
        ....
and what difference would it make
if I had never been born?
    Nothing Really....
    for There would have been
a different Script that included everything
    to complete the picture.
