    They are numb from politics in America but the scandal happening in Puerto Rico is even worse.

  • They're over offensive texts about women, hurricane victims, and more that were recently brought to light. I'm sure there are many people in positions of power who say and think the things that he does. But they don't all get caught. He did. And the people aren't standing for it.     Puerto Rico is an unincorporated territory of the U.S. located in the northeast Caribbean Sea.  It is part of an archipelago among the Greater Antilles.  So, technically, Puerto Rico is not in America although it’s residents are American citizens.
