    Don't make fun of my flip phone. It is at about 75% charged. There is nothing wrong with a simple flip-phone.

    I have a little flip phone as well.  I love that when I'm away from home I can make and receive calls.  When I'm at home it is turned off and in my purse.      I don't always remember to turn it off and it holds its charge for a couple weeks it seems. I use my landline all the time at home. I know others who got rid of the smart phone and returned to the flip, but I never even thought about hauling that big old invasive device around with me.     My sister-in-law has one of those. She refers to it as her "dumbphone". She has an iPad, so she doesn't need her phone to be a mini-computer.

  • My new phone doesn’t give a number percent for battery charge..or I can’t figure out how to get the number. I think the bar looks like about 80%.

  • No, I just looked it up and only have that option on older Versions of iPhones. I have an X Now. Stupid new phones can’t do same as old phones.
