There's a couple wildlife safari parks in Oregon and Washington.
The animals roam freely in large, open areas.
If the animals are roaming loose, it is be difficult to round them up when they are panicked about a fire.
Especially since the parks are generally under staffed, and it takes special training to deal with wild animals.

How could a fire start in such an environment other than by a homo sap flipping a cigarette stub that's still hot? Can lightning strikes start fires? We capture these animals to make money off them by displaying them for a price for us to admire look at. The least we can do is protect them from such a death. We need a Planet of Apes right now. Let homo saps be the ones confined and see how they like it. Thank you for your reply! :)

Yes ... lightning strikes can start fires.  So can a hot muffler coming in contact with dry grass, if they have tour vehicles.
