Pretty simple,  I just have one credit card and a bank account to handle all my finances.

  • The short term financial matters are pretty simple.  However, the long term investments and savings are pretty complicated.  (At least they are for me.)

Day-to-day things are uncomplicated.  Long-term investments and retirement funds a little more so, but are handled by a financial advisor.

Given what wig companies will pay for hair, you probably have a substantial "savings account" on your head...

I remember a short story I read in junior high school were a poor married couple had two tangible assets: the husband's fancy pocket watch and the wife's gorgeous hair.

For Christmas, the husband sold the pocket watch to buy his wife a fancy hair accessory...and the wife sold her hair to a wig maker to buy her husband a nice leather strap for his pocket watch.

I hope nothing like that happens to you...

  • I remember that story. It's O Henry.

I actually got asked to do the Della part in local community theater for Christmas.

At the last act of the play, how do they depict your hair having been cut off?

  • I faked it. They gave me a cheap wig hacked up short and I tucked everything underneath.

Kind of fun but I probably won't do it again.

I still cannot believe that stuff grows out of your head like that.  Amazing and gorgeous.

Meh, who needs a whole brain anyway?  They’re probably overrated.  Keep the hair like it is, you’re plenty smart enough for all of us here.

You and I both know that we never want it to happen. It’s almost as bad as posting a photo like this happening to me:

Hey, wait . . . they told you how this happened?  What about doctor-patient confidentiality?

Quite simple. Automatic into the bank, auto-debit out and no credit cards. Also, no stupid purchases.

  • I just spent 600 dollars on new tires and bought a song from I-tunes for 1.25.  Life is good.  The lights are on and the fridge is full.  Blessings abound.  Wouldn't mind a new pair of shoes but I think I'll buy something nice for Goat instead.  Mathematically, life demands trigonometry level numbers sometimes but I ain't playin that.  Keeping it simple...remedial math.  And I'm good with that.  I'm happy.
