Welby, if you talk to me and I don't answer, I missed the comment. I would never ignore you.  I try to answer everyone anyway, but I would never ignore you on purpose.  I do this at home and at work and I am running around a lot and miss things on here. It is hard to track older stuff on my account at least.  It is frustrating but I just deal with it.

    In denial as usual.

I see you have posted the link. I was just gonna ask!!!!!

It's all good, no worries! Yeah, I miss comments/replies and answers often that people respond to me.

Anyway, the question I had posted last July involved my excitement at hearing Billie Eilish for the first time.
    :)

Hey, and I just read that she will be singing the thmee song to the new James Bond movie -- she should just sing "Bad Guy," I'd think! Ha!

Not true!  You are not an idiot.  You see things and do things that work perfectly Just For You.
I started from my notifications and am working backwards.  How crazy is that??
    Big Winks and Smiles!
    We can be goofy together!

Feeling like an idiot tonight, though, ha.
    :)
I do tire of the way my head works sometimes.

But I did buy a new T-shirt for myself for Christmas -- and people in my life are LOVING it! They say, " That is SO YOU!"
:) One person said I needed seven of them in different colors -- to wear each day of the week.

The shirt says "Hold On. Let me OVERTHINK this."

I laugh just thinking about it. It's a lifesaver for me that I'm smart enough to know that I can laugh at myself.
    :)

They would be quite characters if they were.  Much like you, with your creativity.
Even though it was a lie,
I still like the answer and the thought you put forth.  The next 4 goldfish I get, I'll name them those names in honor of you.
Thanks, your name is long to type in capitals, Sharon!

Hi :) I divulged some of my trivial knowledge under Durdle.  It's probably not information you will need to retain but thanks for the compliment of having infinite wisdom.
    Big winks and smiles!

You do speak the truth!  It wasn't the answer I was looking for but all are definitely correct and names most of us know.

Sam Elliott and his beautiful mustache.  JA would be very pleased! ;).
James Dean and his beautiful face.  Too bad he smashed it in his possessed Porsche.
Mama Cass a great folk singer with wonderful stories to tell.
Joe Crowley a politician to the end.

    Very nicely done SpunkySenior.

Those are my boys. Well, Crowley not so much. But, yeah, good times. I lost touch with them somewhere around 2011-ish. Maybe 2012. I miss them now. *sigh*

They are on right now.  They have reruns on TNT.  All episodes, I think up until their 12th season.
I will think of you as Bobby.  The rest of our friends are great for trying but as Bobby would affectionately call them, "Idgets!"
Love ya JA and great to see you!

    Ding! Ding! Ding! Ding!
    Right you are!

JA got it too but wasn't as bold as you by actually saying, "Supernatural."  Her wordage and timeframe worked.  I knew she knew.

If I could give two APs, I most definitely would. :) :)

You win a prize! YeaAA!  It's equal to JA's prize!  Triple-dog YeaAA!

Thanks for answering, ok boomer. :) :)!

There was a 20C English author called Alastair Crowley who specialised in books about black magic and the like.

I don't recognise the other names.

I have heard that as well.
On a much more superficial level, another character on Supernatural was named Alastair.  Crowley, in the show, was a crossroads demon and became The King of Hell.

I have never admitted this, but I was a Supernatural junkie there for a while.

A bit of trivial knowledge ....
The adventures Sam and Dean faced, fighting monsters and demons, were based on folklore and/or facts from the towns they traveled through.

Supernatural is the longest running sci-fi/genre series in the history of American broadcasting. It has run 15 seasons.  The final episode will be aired May 18th, 2020.

The audience of 15/16 year olds it captivated back in 2005 have grown up with most of these characters.  I'm sure the kids who are watching the reruns now will be added to their "fandom" and carry-on the show's popularity.  It can be spooky and not for children or pre-teens.
Even in my old, rickety age, some of the episodes send chills up my spine.  I know they are actors and it is fake but the facts the stories are built around, aren't....

Erik Kripke, the producer of Supernatural, also produced the X-files. He gathered the same or similar audience.

The writers, in my humble opinion, did a great job researching and clarifying facts before airing.  They add adult humor and lighten it up after a couple of intense episodes.  It keeps everyone, no matter what age, entertained.

I haven't seen seasons 14 or 15 and only a few episodes of 13.  I will see them when they air as reruns.

All in all, I have enjoyed the show over the years.  I still turn them on in the morning, if I remember.

Out of due respect, I also must mention, it doesn't hurt any that Sam and Dean are easy on the eyes.
I've always been Team-Dean but Sam had a great boyish charm in the early seasons.
They have a very different look from one another but both are very handsome.
    :) :)
