    I have no idea.  I am just looking for opinions and yours is good and interesting.  I wonder if the cities there are any worse, say than Rwanda?  Or those in the middle-east?  I guess once you are vicious, it doesn't matter.  I just remember those Hutus slicing their neighbors in half with a machete for political reasons.  It reminds me of HERE and NOW in the USA if TRUMP does or does not get re-elected.

    That is bull crap.  I bet the GOP wrote that one.  

    Think about the world and CHINA and ASIA in general and tell me they don't have the most chlling sociopaths of all and don't get me started on those Russians.  But Mexico has that drug cartel and they are mean.  So, I guess those cities are many and fortified. That is terrifying.


    MAYBE TRUMP IS RIGHT THEN??   I am voting for him.  I'm sorry, Don.

      You’re asking about locations, not nationalities, so it should read Russia, Japan, Jamaica, South Africa. There is no country called Latino.
