Has a family member or a close friend or former friend or an enemy ever included you as a character in a story he/she has written?

Was it done with your previous knowledge of it before the story cane out, or was it a surprise to you after the fact?

Was it done with your permission or without?

Were you portrayed in a favorable light or unfavorable light?

Were you portrayed as your true self, or just a close approximation of you?

Were you portrayed as a singular character or combined with others as a conglomerate character?

After the story came out, what conversations, if any (including legal action), took place between you and the author?

No one in my family can write (heck, most of them can't even spell), and I don't know anyone (friend or enemy) who can write either.  So I'm going to say "no".
