When you were a child, did you ever cause a problem by repeating in public anything you had heard an adult say in private? ~

I seem to recall soap
being forced into my mouth
a few times...so probably yes.

No because I knew how generous dad was with a pop upside the head or a boot in the butt.  I had never even heard the F word until I was 14 in high school.

No- I would get my younger sister to repeat the things I was not sure about that might be bad.

In 6th grade I called one of my teachers a "Bi***".    I was one of those problem children, sadly.

My parents were "old school" and told me that if I did such a thing, they would f**k me up. At least that's how I interpreted it.

I was famous for that when I was a kid and earned the nickname, Purity Couth Wood from my Dad. He still calls me that :|

Yes more than once, sometime deliberately for Shits and Grins.

I heard all sorts of stuff when I went on building sites with my dad ...There were always burly guy in my dads workshop or on site and if I kept out of eyeshot I could hear and see every thing....
On occasions and when it suited me I would let slip certain things I heard ,much to my mums horror...
Trouble was ,what ever I let rip with was alway mostly funny....plus I could run quicker than my mum from a very young age....I was like a little bare foot whippet ..:)D
