We haven't had good relations with the Soviet Union or Russia since WW2. I think we tolerate each other but I see them as an adversary because they use whatever means necessary to bring us down. Have since Stalin and still do.
I do too Rooster so that's why it astonishes me that any American citizen would have financial dealings with them for any reason. Well of course we both know why.
