The other day, I got to see a photo of my 'boss' for the first time since I started working for this medium-sized company 8 years ago. (1000 employees) I guess he enjoys his yacht. He didn't start the company, he just bought it at the right time.

Is it the same boss bh? Your company is pretty sizable. Is it a good place to work? Do they value their employees and treat you well? Thank you for your reply and Happy Sunday! :)

This boss has owned the company for 20? years. It is a decent company with generous benefits. They treat me fair because I am not a member of the union, I guess. I have a lot of seniority here, so that helps.
