Instead of reworking the bill to make it passable the Republicans/Trump dropped it like a hot potato. After 7 years of promises. Why?

Trump ordered it pulled! Is his determination and attention span that short? Does he really get bored that easily when there is hard work to be done? Does he believe a few words from him will seal the deal?

    Trump has not made 7 yrs worth promises of repealing OC.  The R's did and they failed. A President is not a king.
