I must admit Shunyata wasn't my favourite AB-er, but I don't wish him any harm. I know a lot of people "ganged up" on him but from what I saw of his postings he actually brought a lot of it upon himself by calling other people's questions "silly" and "nonsensical". If he hadn't posted things like that a lot of people wouldn't have ganged up on him. The trouble was that he didn't like AB to be flooded with questions about entertainment, he wanted it to be filled with more "serious" questions. I just happened to remember the date when he disappeared from AB and so I thought I'd post a question asking about his whereabouts.

I remember the woman who liked to talk about torturing and murdering people, and she also used to post worse things than that, until one of my colleagues got her penalty boxed. Even after that I still wouldn't give her the benefit of the doubt though. I could never see why people like that should be popular on AB or anywhere else.

So, how are you, Sandy? It's nice to see you here. Do you still have a cat? I remember you having a cat avatar on AB about four years ago, I forget its name now but I liked it. I've always liked animals since I was a child. :)

I did see Mrs. Cleaver on AM in its early days but as far as I can see she has left now.

Ah yes, Suki, that was the name of your cat, it's all coming back to me now. I currently have a tabby cat called Jess. The previous one, a Birman called Sally, died in 2012.

That sounds like a nice area where you live now, Sandy. I find water has a strangely soothing, chill-out effect on me and I often go for walks to the park in my area where there's a lake (and sometimes swans on it). I'm a long way from any beach though, I live about 38 miles from the coast. Lol:)

I remember him on the old Answerbag, but I've no idea what happened to him. I didn't have much interaction with him.
