The lawsuits (currently 0-70+) failed for lack of tangible evidence. It didn't even reach the "proof beyond reasonable doubt" level, they fizzled before that. "He said she said" isn't evidence. Unlike the paper trail which proves Trump's fraud beyond even unreasonable doubt.

More than 70 cases only 21 were decided on merits (evidence was heard) GOP won 14 of those 21 cases.

I see you only agree with the courts' decisions when it suits you. BTW,  I disagree with your numbers, but it's not worth the effort to correct you.

The Wisconsin GOP are sore losers. There are no grounds for impeachment.

Illegal drop boxes, illegal absentee vote curing, illegal ballot harvesting, illegal votes taken from nursing homes, illegal absentee ballots requests and returns.....

These all happened and she did not follow the rules of her state.  She does not get to make or change the rules.  Her job is to follow the election laws as passed by the state legislators. This post was edited by my2cents at September 22, 2023 5:44 PM MDT

Just because you and the rest of the conspiracy-theorist election-deniers claim something does not mean it is true. A non-partisan official with no decision-making authority who is carrying out instructions from a bipartisan commission is being targeted by the usual crackpots who are determined to undermine the will of the voters.

Are you claiming WI did not use drop boxes? They did.
Are you claiming they did not do ballot harvesting?  They did.

These are not even disputed....she claims she could change the rules because of her position. She cannot, she was not hired to make rules, she was hired to carry out the rules under the laws passed by the state legislators.  That commission is not allowed to change the rules either. It is the state legislators who make the laws and these unelected people do not get to do whatever they want.

They are illegal NOW, because of a Wisconsin Supreme Court decision two years after the 2020 election, but during the pandemic,  the Election Commission authorized them because they were not specifically illegal according to state law. The official was doing her job which was to abide by the election commission decisions and now is being scapegoated.

They were illegal then.  State Supreme Court confirmed that they were illegal. Did not change them from legal to illegal.
Courts do not make laws, the interpret the laws and confirm if a law was or was not being broken.  Yes, they ruled that the ballot drip boxes used in 2020 were indeed illegal.  So at least you have confirmed this lady certainly did violate at least one election law.

It is not the only one.....

I agree with noting you say. To use YOUR words, if she did something illegal, then arrest her anf throw her in jail. This is just another attempt by sore losers to pretend there was fraud, to make it harder to vote, and create distrust in the election process. There are more layers to this than you are willing to consider and it's pointless for me to try and educate you.

State Supreme Court rules the drop boxes were not legal according to WI election law.  Yes it took 2 years for the case to make it through the court system to get to their ruling.   But it was a clear ruling drop boxes used in 2020 were illegal.

You disagree...take it up with the WI Supreme Court.

And. Yes, I think the should absolutely arrest her and and throw her in jail for it. But sadly most election laws do not penalize with jail time.

She broke this law and likely others.....she should be removed and if this committee instructed her to break the law then they also should be removed.

Illegal drop boxes is an example of fraud. The one undermining trust in our elections are not the people calling out the fraud....it is the people committing the fraud doing that.

Until they fix the laws and punish the ones who violated them. Election integrity should matter everyone regardless of party.
