Just for fun, do you want to play a game?

Take the title of any book and replace one word with Trump.
I'll get us started:

    The problem in Fantasy Basketball is, unless you want to do really serious stat-crunching, you are somewhat dependent upon the game host system (e.g. Yahoo) and its algorithm for rating players to tell you which players are good.

    Sometimes, certain players (e.g. James Posey), have statistical characteristics which "spoof" the algorithms and cause them to be bady overrated relative to how much they actually contribute to your team's success.

    Being a desperate Fantasy NBA player, you see James Posey is rated highly by the algorithm, and maybe even had some recent tangible success. So you pick James Posey up, put him on your roster, and he reverts back to his usual mediocrity. So you drop him and pick someone else up (who probably doesn't do much better). The next time you go to shake up your roster and try to pick up some better players, there's James Posey again, still highly rated by the algorithm, and with a recent hot streak which deceives you into thinking he's turned the corner and can sustain his strong play. So you pick him up, put him in your lineup, and he regresses to his more usual statistical trend. Lather, rinse, repeat.

    Do this often enough, and you're ready for a 12-step intervention program...;-D....

    When I was a kid, all my old grandparents and aunts and uncles played a card game called 'Pinochle' (pronounced pee-knuckle)  The game had a 'trump' card in it. (Trump means triumph in Italian, or so I heard) (google: Trump card)
