      When their grammar is terrible, yes. A few years ago, the public affairs spokesperson apparently didn’t know that there’s no such thing as a “li-berry”. Every time I heard it, my head almost exploded, I wanted to shout, “It’s LIBRARY, the word is pronounced liBRAry!  Grrrrrrrr.”
