Yes ... we do. Leftovers from WW1, WW2, Korea, and Vietnam. And we are working on destroying them, as fast as we can. The problem is, they require special incinerators and we only have a few of those ... and the older chemicals are leaking, making it even more difficult to transport them from storage to incineration.
Why isn't the rest of the world "beating us up" for having them? Because we have a large arsenal of nuclear weapons.
