I'm getting married!!!

I had to pick up a couple of things at Walmart. When I walked through the door there was a man there who looked me straight in the eye and said "Good morning! Welcome to Walmart!" He gave me a huge smile. It's been a while since I've had anyone try to pick me up in such a blatant manner. I must admit I was intrigued. When I was leaving, he again looked me straight in the eye and said "Have a wonderful day!" At that point, I KNEW he was asking me out and planning our first date. I know that we are now only a few steps away from the marriage proposal itself. 

My question is, in celebration of where we met and fell in love, should we name our first child Wally even if it's a girl? I'm worried about her being bullied in school.

    Thank you PM.  I appreciate the support.  Maybe we will name our second child after you because it really will be a Perfect Mystery how I could manage to get pregnant at this point in my life.

  • i don't think you should shy away from the name Wally to avoid bullying. i think you should put your offspring in martial arts classes starting at age 3, and teach them to not tolerate bullying towards themselves or anyone else they witness getting bullied. 

    just make sure you're either at the hospital, or in the 'infants and little girls' department at Wally World, when you go to birthin'.

    A martial arts class is a splendid idea little queen!   If we have a girl, I think we will call her Wally Queen.

    Wasn't there a movie about a girl who gave birth in Walmart?  Maybe if I give birth there, they will rewrite the story and use my name.  Wouldn't that be wonderful?  I am so excited!

    yes, there is a movie about a girl (portrayed by Natalie Portman) who gave birth in a Walmart, after becoming homeless and living in the Walmart for several weeks at night undetected. She named her baby girl Americus. i think she missed a grand opening opportunity to call her Wally, for sure! ha!

    Jaimie, since you have now set the theme, will you do me the honor of  throwing the shower for me?  I do think gifts of this nature might encourage my body to get in the family way as quickly as possible.
