Once again dumb don doesn't understand the difference between exoneration (which is not in his power to do) and a pardon(which does not REMOVE the offense it pardons it and forgives it).
How can he possibly be this dumb? He doesn't read he doesn't listen he doesn' need tot because he already knows everything. That's how.
