I expect all SADISTS enjoy inflicting pain themselves. There must be VOYEURS who just like to watch. Is there a difference?

Aren't those who enjoy WATCHING PAIN BEING INFLICTED as guilty as those who enjoy doing the INFLICTING?

Maybe there is a difference that those "in the know" can deal with. From the outside looking in both inflictors and watchers are the same. But inside among them maybe there is a hierarchy wherein the inflictors are tops and the watchers are bottoms? However it works they will figger it out.
