"Pennsylvania Avenue" was first used in a letter written by Thomas Jefferson in 1791. Why the keystone state?

No one is exactly sure WHY. But it is thought that it was to appease Pennsylvania for moving the capital from Philadelphia to Washington in 1800. But of course that makes no sense to me. Did Jefferson KNOW the capital would be relocated 9 years in advance of the fact?

Anyway setting that aside it's been named that for about 230 years. 1791-2020 is a long time.

What name would YOU like it be changed to and why?
