Since we're told over and over that this nation is no better, no greater and deserves no consideration above and beyond any other nation dealing with this situation, (the great Obama apology tours of his first term come to mind) we shouldn't enforce any travel restrictions or quarantine persons against their will. In fact we have "sanctuary cities and states" for a lot of other excuses, why not for victims of this outbreak?? Whatever steps we take to contend with this, we need to ask China for permission to proceed. It's only right.
