Any Kaiser Insurance members out there? I received a "Notice of Privacy Breach" yesterday. Did you? If so what are we supposed to DO?

    First action is to verify the notice. 

    A lot of frauds are committed by people pretending very convincingly to be the company or organisation named.

    Thank you for the helpful advice Durdle. They have provided a phone number to call if we have any questions. I don't know why I haven't called but I will do so today. They said no social security or credit card information was involved. But that appointments, address, discussion of test results, diagnoses may have been included. I shall call today. Thanks for the "push" in the right direction. I appreciate it! :) Update. The letter gave a number I could call 24 hours a day so I just called and talked to Chris. They send those notices out whenever something like that occurs. I'm trying to think how a diagnosis or appointment reminder could harm me if some stranger found out about it.
