Ever put raw veggies in brine from a pickle jar? After a few days you've got your own homemade pickles! My favorite?

Cauliflower! IT ROCKS. If you like pickles and you like raw veggies put them together and you'll be a fan forever! Trust me.

    That's an idea!

    I like cauliflower but with only me to cater for I end up with a sizeable portion of it going off before I can eat it all. I think I have a large jar with vinegar in, that had held pickled onions.

    Cabbage is good...kinda like Kimchee. Of course cucumbers too. I've done that for years. I think that would be a great way to use up all the cauliflower. Have fun experimenting! Thank you for your reply Durdle! :)
