Allegedly the biggest GET for Joe is the African American voters. Why don't they support bernie? Is it something he said/did/didn't say/do?

Or is it it that Joe has what no one else ever will have? The distinction of being the chosen veep of President Barack Obama? President Obama must have seen something very worthy and good about Joe to have chosen him among all the potentials for the job. Right?
