Despite happy talk by the HOAX and mickeymousepounce testing is still not being done efficiently expeditiously where needed. Incompetence?

Once y'all elected incompetence it lives on and on and on and on and on and on and on. Like maggots and roaches.

When will the US get up to speed on testing at the level it should? The 12th of never apparently according to the HOAX and the mouse. What's not to love right?

    There are regulations in the way. Those were in place long before Trump.  
    Like the masks. 3M makes both industrial masks and health masks.  The industrial masks work as well as the healthcare ones. But 3M cannot sell them for healthcare without risking lawsuits. Congress is unwilling to to give 3M protection from these lawsuits. 
    There are regulations in the way in regards to the tests as well.
