He just pulls dates out of his... (ahem). He's losing control and he knows it. he may be good with money (in his own mind), but when it comes to something like this he's way out of his league and has no idea what to do. He thought the office would be a piece of cake. He could so as he pleased and all would be perfect. Then everyone would bow down to him. Whoops! It doesn't work that way. All his pompous talk and gloating aren't cutting it anymore. The mask he's been hiding behind is rapidly dissolving, exposing him as weakling.
Indeed today the market is down to where it was when his stranglehold on us started. ALL GONE. I'm sure that is his main concern. His numbers his optics his ego. On the line. The sick, the dying?
