    Hard evidence is the most important, eye witnesses are not nessasarily  the best .

    Just critical thinking, but that require a good bit of discipline and seems to be pretty difficult for many people.

    I wonder if there is anyone so disciplined that he/she can totally remove all subjectivity/prejudice and analyze things based simply on the things themselves. How can we help but bring our skewed views with us whatever think/say/do? I'm sure some folks are better at it than others. I wonder how they do that? Thank you for your thoughtful reply JakobA! :)
