    The CEO of a company I once worked for pulled in an annual salary of $8 million.  On top of that he received a $5 million bonus.

    McDonald's CEO has a base salary of $1.25 million, with an annual bonus set at 170% of his annual base salary.  


    The rich get richer and the poor just barely survive.
