This is not real and physical shops, Just web front-ends for the website Amazon.com

All they cost is salary for a webdesigner once. And by their very existence they will be an advertisment for Amazon

I've been shopping at Amazon since it opened as a little online book store.  Over the last two years they have gotten bigger and worse in every possible way.  The CEO owns the Washington Post.  I just read that Clinton's new book has horrible reviews and that Amazon has removed the negative ones to give the book a good rating.  I had a bad experience recently where they purposefully (not mistakenly) overcharged me for something.  Their new attitude is do it and if the customer catches it we will provide excellent customer service by removing the charge no questions asked.  I couldn't believe it.  No apology or anything.  I told the rep and she said she would remove the charge.  I said 'so this is the new Amazon?'  Silence. They lost me.  Of course I couldn't care less about Amazon opening brick and mortar stores; I would never visit one.
