Happy Saturday.  It's raining and chilly here.  A good day to stay indoors and look forward to an afternoon nap. :)

It was supposed to rain today when I checked the 8-day weather report yesterday. But this morning there is no rain expected. Well no matter. We're not going anywhere anyway. The gut/arse guy has a real mad on. He is jealous of the reception the daily updates have received and will do whatever he can to upend and harm the guv. As if he could touch him! Thank you for your reply L.

I agree and I applaud Gov. Cuomo for not rising to most of the bait.  

Your GUV has too much to do on his hands to waste time on GAG. However I luckily watched/listened to every word he said vis a vis the "job" GAG has done so far. Because it was played and replayed all day long. I was not the only fan. Every word was well-said. Nothing extraneous. No fancy talkin'. I believe it took 12 minutes. He is a formidable ally and I would not want to have him as an enemy. I am happy he is YOUR guv L. I doubt there is anyone anywhere who could have done as good a job taking the reins and telling it like it is. Kudos. I don't see how he able to show up every day and have his say without falling apart. But that's why he's the guv and I'm not. Thank you for your reply! :)

He has been surprisingly adept at leading my state through this pandemic.  Kudos to Gov. Murphy of NJ and Gov. Lamont of CT who have also been vocal and who have teamed up with other northeast states to form a plan for re-opening the states and the bases on which it should be done.  All have formed this plan based upon what is best for the welfare of the people - not their own agendas.

It's really simple when you think about it L. When you are smart and have a good heart what choice do you have but to do what needs to be done? Smart with a good heart. We have that in California and in Oregon and Washington and other areas here and there. I will tell you that the Republican governor in Ohio is smart and has a heart which I find exceedingly amazing. They are succeeding by not heeding GAG in any way. GAG is impotent inept and in over his head. He will drag them down to drown. They refuse. Good for them! :)

I can only hope that people in those states realize that Trump is not the leader they may have anticipated and that they will not vote for him.

His peeps will never change in my opinion L. Never. They cling to him because they believe  GOD sent him to deliver them from Democrats. Partly facetious but partly absolutely true. They cannot abandon him for it they do they will admit they made a mistake and they are loathe to do that ever! In my opinion. Thank you for your reply. Their minds are wired weird. Rewiring will never happen.

The hard core followers will not change their vote, but I'm hoping that the ones who voted for him because they didn't want Hillary will see the light and, perhaps, some Independents.
