There are still men but America is growing males now some of whom don't  quite qualify.

As I said, where were you in the late 1970s? I saw Devo live in Central Park NYC c. 1977. Give it a listen - it's classic rinky-dink New Wave.

I tried.  Thanks for the lesson on what I missed.  In 1977 we were trying to get our house finished before our first child was born.  I don't remember much about pop culture during that time.
