Knowing and doing are not the same thing.
Not knowing is one thing. Knowing and ignoring is something else again. What possible VALID LOGICAL reasaon could there be for knowing and doing nothing?
The way some heads are wired it is difficult to figure out the why of they do/don't do or say/don't say.
Knowing and not doing. Is it criminal crooked corrupt evil? What is the point of knowing if you don't actively engage in mitigating minimizing? Sitting on solid FACTS and pretending they are not real is puzzling. What good comes of it? What is the point of it?
