WHO ME? WHO ME? WHO ME? Not responsible for anything anywhere anytime anyplace. Everyone says so.

What was his name? I can't remember. He looked like Edgar Bergen's MORTIMER SNERD dummy.

    Some of the earlier issues actually had his name on the cover (small print).

    He wasn't a real person. (the "E" stands for Enigma)

    When I was very young (1960's), my mom 'highly disapproved' of Mad magazine.  My brother, being a rule breaker, got them anyway and kept them under his bed.  On occasions he'd let me look at some of them.  (my brother was never a good role model for his younger brother).
