There is absolute certainty that Pumpkina** will sabotage the November election. Not a question of IF but HOW?

Any ideas how he plans to pull it off? He won't sit idly by and watch his poll numbers keep tanking, the economy down in the toilet and the deaths and infections heights to which they will go. He has gotta do something to insure a win. He did it before and he can do it again. Any ideas how he plans to pull it off THIS TIME?
