I confess I don't quite get it. We open up everything wide. More and more people get infected and die. Who is safe from being infected?

They keep working, keep getting infected, keep dying.

So how does the economy bounce back again with the workers dying like flies?

Also who will be here to copulate propagate and raise future generations?

I dunno how it is supposed to work with an open ended possibility that YOU will get it and suffer/survive or die.

Can someone explain it to me? It is above my brain grade and far too esoteric/profound for me to grasp! Your turn.
