I would have thought that CONSERVATIVES would be very hesitant about opening up too soon. What does "Conservative" mean to you?

Staid stoic thoughtful. Cautious.

And LIBERALS would have been the ones demanding reopening ASAP.

It's opposite so that means I don't understand what Conservative means. They are the ones who are obsessed with taking the chances. Ignoring the warnings. Pushing for going back to the way things used to be no matter the cost of doing that.
