They give most to friends first and then if there is anything left they may give crumbs to non-friends.
Contracts go to buddies and pals who usually are already obscenely wealthy. That seems to be the natural order of things in America and probably the world.
Give friends more than they ask for and nothing or little to non-friends while you scold them insult them accuse them attack them. That is the entire point of having power. Use it to benefit the powerholder.
Of course that is not fair or just but you cannot squeeze blood from a stone. You cannot expect the poiwerholder to use that power beneficially benevolently equally. That is asking too much.
So Jared the K directed stuff to his cronies. Chip off the old block. So da big cheese rewards his pro hims and punishes his con hims. He is just a regular typical standard ordinary off-the-shelf homo sap. Nothing special.
That is precisely why getting and keeping the power is the guiding light of Republicans beyond all else they worship that. Without it they are treading water or drowning. With it? All is possible. No matter how egregious heinous despicable vile.
