By now we know that laws don't work if they are ignored. Why not give up on this JUSTICE delusion and live by the CODE OF HAMMURABI?

Don't know if I spelled it right.

This is basically AN EYE FOR AN EYE.

So for instance we just had a WHITE father and son murder a man for being BLACK. How to makes things right? Have a BLACK father and son murder a man for being WHITE. Score is settled. No jury needed.

It worked once upon a time. Eons ago. Do you have a problem with getting back what you give out? How is that NOT the fairest way to socialize?

    The men have been arrested. And will be punished.  

    Eye for an eye has nothing to do with race.  It has to do with making sure the punishment fits the crime.   Having a random black guy kill another random  white guy would not satfity an eye for an eye. 

    Now if you want to have the family of the murdered man deliver the death of the men who murdered then that would be an example of eye for an eye.
