So do those who let others think for them ever get blamed when the thinking goes wrong? If not isn't that a bowl of pitless cherries?

If you do/say what you are instructed to do/say how can you ever do anything wrong?

All ya gotta do is say "I just followed orders". "I stood my ground because I feared for my life." "There are good people on both sides": "Lying it not a crime if the lie isn't material". Magic words. A key to open all doors. A magic carpet ride.  An "E" ticket at Disneyland for those of a certain age who remember way back in the day.
