That means 9% of Americans don't believe/trust the president but approve of the job he is doing.
Now that makes sense in da big cheese alternate reality. They are not particularly intelligent when it comes to numbers. But in the real world does that not cause a pause? How do homo saps no matter how sappy approve of what they don't believe/trust? Dementia? Senility? Insanity? It does not compute but they don't even notice? YIKES!
