Per the powers that be in American life and death is all about the percentages. Can everything be reduced to PERCENTAGES? WITHOUT EXCEPTION?

That is  33-1/3 percent

What percent of the world population is from America? Anything wrong with that picture? Or is all swell and awesome good everywhere in the neighborhood if the neighborhood is in America. Right?
