Tie the $1200 to voter registration and just give it to registered Republicans and not a dime to Registered Democrats.

How in the he** could the powers that be let THAT happen? How does he undo the blooper? Order the IRS to withdraw all the money credited to the accounts of REGISTERED DEMOCRATS?
