Have you ever gone on a BLIND date that others set up for you? How did it go? AWFUL or OK or HORRIBLE?

I cannot recall ever being involved in one. I can just imagine my "blind date" ringing the doorbell.  I open the door and what do I see? Frankenstein Jerry Lewis Darth Vader The Boston Strangler? Too chancy for me to try. Not my cuppa tea?
