Did the so-called American "EXCEPTIONALISM" ever include intellectual dominance/superiority? What ws it?Was it just PR fluff and stuff?
Was it always never in existence but due to diligent persistence the American snake oil salesfolk sold it to the gullible the naive the innocent?
