Allegedly 92% of Americans wear masks when out and about. 8% don't. I don't get it. Only 8% agree with the powers that be? That's it?

We hear that anywhere from 23% to 36% believe everything the powers that be says and does. They will follow him over a cliff to their deaths before they go their own way and do what makes sense to them. He is the only thing that makes sense to them apparently. But only 8% are faithful loyal and go maskless?
