IF the powers that be actually extincts TWITTER can the twits who tweet sue the powers that be?

I mean they can't sue TWITTER since it will no longer exist. The bad guy in all of this will be IT (te powers that be).

I wonder what would happen if a class action lawsuit of all Twitterers hit IT. How many millions would be the plaintiffs?
